Annunal General Meeting 2009

This years Annual General Meeting has been provisionally scheduled for the 5th May 2009 subject to confirmation to the booking of The Davis Room at the rear of Swallowfiled Parish Hall. The meeting will start at 7.30pm prompt and everyone wishing to attend will be most welcome. There will be the usual reports from the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer & Membership Secretary along with the match section report and trophy presentations.

Memberships with the club can be taken out or renewed where applicable and any orders for club clothing can be placed on the day as well. We would ask that if you require an item of clothing with the club logo then please have a look at what is on offer on the clothing page of the web site and bring along the item SKU number and your required garment size/quantity. There will be a catalogue available on the evening but a last minute uptake may slow up proceedings over the evening.
