SFC Raises In Excess Of £470 At Pondwood

Swallowfield Fishing Clubs charity match at Pondwood Fisheries on the 14th September 2008 has at present managed to raise £473 for the Jennifer Trust. The match details can be seen under the match section. The committee would like to thank all of those who took part in this event and donated whatever they could on the day to this worth while cause. In total, these proceeds along with what membership secretary Martyn McCarthy has already raised, tops over £1000. A great achievement.

The club would also like to extend its gratitude and sincere thanks to the businesses and organisations that generously contributed.
